Making Props and Sets

Props are the "set dressing" that bring your world to life. A table is just a table, but a table with a half-eaten meal and a map on it tells a story. You will design these specific elements to add narrative depth. You need to decide which objects are "Hero Assets" (important items the player interacts with) and which are just background clutter.

This relies on "Environmental Storytelling." You must place objects with intent. Don't just scatter boxes randomly. Place them to show that someone was packing in a hurry, or that a fight happened here. This makes your space feel lived-in and real.
